Inner Road / Architecture Bldg.

Natural Area Drive

This is an area where people have been cutting the corner too sharply thus driving on the grass and creating a pothole.  The pothole was filled and looks good, yet it looks like it could use a little more asphalt.

Natural Area Drive

This is another area where the road is deteriorating and needs repair.  The small amount of asphalt applied is a reliable answer until the road can be re-paved in its entirety.

Hull Road / Bledsoe Drive

Crosswalk Museum Road and Woodlawn Drive

Cast Iron Stove removed

A Total Makeover!

Not only did UF move the trash yet did a total makeover of the Nuclear Field building!  The pine tree was removed, the ac units were moved and a front conference room is visible from the front door! It would be nice to see the concrete bench out front, yet whoever put that renovation project together deserves some credit! GREAT WORK UF!

SW 2nd Ave / Sanders Field

This 35 mph sign has been hiding behind some limbs and the light pole.  The limbs were cut, yet the light pole is still there.  In any case, it is more visible now than before.

Ballpark Way

No wooden barricade around 5-6 foot deep hole

The only reason I post this 5-6 foot deep hole is because it took almost 4 months to fill the hole and it was only 1 foot from the sidewalk!  Very Dangerous.  They needed to put a wooden barricade around it.

Ballpark Way

This 2nd hole was on the opposite side, with a fire hydrant beside it

The only reason I post this 6-foot-deep hole is because it took almost 4 months to fill the hole and it was only 1 foot from the sidewalk!  Very Dangerous.  They needed to put a wooden barricade around it.

The HUB sign

The HUB sign was replaced.

Lacrosse Field

Finally removed, an extension cord that had been there and hooked up for over a year.

Lakeside Complex

Lakeside Complex

Bench removed, yet a one of those nice metal benchs would look great and get some use.

Hull Road / Ballpark Way

Orchard Drive

That fence was covered in vines and bushes, and UF was able to remove those.  It looks a lot better!

Fine Arts C / Inner Road

That barricade was there for quite some time.  I think it had been forgotten about.  I was glad to see that someone had removed it.

College of Veterinary Medicine

The background of the College Veterinary School of Medicine brick-and-mortar sign was tremendously faded out, yet UF painted the background it looks Great!

GO GATORS

The following "Statement" relates to my personal circumstances rather than RepairUF.net

I submitted an application to the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) on May 25, 2020, for Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) for independent contractors. Tallahassee kept delaying my application. I met with the director of the Gainesville Career Resource Center three times for twenty minutes each, but I didn’t get any help. Since my paperwork hasn’t been finalized in five years, Florida says it’s too late for me to claim the $11,700 I was eligible for ($600 per week plus an additional $300 from March to October 2020). Are these matters being handled by any attorneys? If so, you can reach me at Tim@24686.net.
